We work with individuals navigating emotional dysregulation, anxiety, relational or family trauma, repeating patterns in relationships, and life transitions. Therapy is trauma- and attachment-informed, integrating nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and experiential approaches to help you feel more balanced, connected, and resilient.
All services are provided online across Ontario by a Registered Social Worker with 15+ years of experience supporting individuals, couples, youth, and families.
